Shaun did a wonderful job on the redesign of my website for Jackdaw Landing. He is very knowledgeable and skilled and a pleasure to work with. WOW!!! That is all I can say. After waiting for days for over priced quotes, I found Shaun and I am so happy I did. He not only is very reasonable in his pricing, he is extremely responsive to any requests and even faster with completing the work correctly. I had used Shaun for some small adjustments over the last year or two. When it came time for a complete site overhaul he was our choice based upon his familiarity with the 3dcart platform, value, and ease of working with. End result was excellent. I've been working with Shaun now for over a year. He always performs the work efficiently, on time and within budget. I had the great privilege to meet Shaun in person. Being in his general local area I contacted Shaun and was able to arrange a meeting. We met for coffee and he was able to give me answers to all of the questions I had in regards to moving my store to 3dcart. I truly couldn't be happier. Throughout the meeting he was continuously asking about my business, how I got started, and where I wanted to go with it. He gave suggestions and pointers that I honestly would not think that any other designer would give without somehow charging for it. Shaun was much more concerned about my success moving forward than how much he needed to get paid. Pretty cool to have someone care.

I have had the pleasure of working with Shaun multiple times, both being a custom website design built from the ground up. His knowledge of the 3dCart platform as well as programming is second to none. He literally bends the system to his will, and whatever I threw at him as far as a request was concerned, his stock answer was 'no problem', and it wasn't. High levels of integrity, humor (which is awesome for a programmer), and work ethic this man possesses. Can't recommend him enough.

We have worked with Shaun for several years. This year, it was time to upgrade to a core template for our Simply Speakers website. Never failing to impress, Shaun made a new theme that was not too far off our old design, but was updated and new. He even made custom rotating graphics for the homepage. I cannot say enough good things about The Cart Designer. Quick responses to emails, incredible fast work at a very good price. I really rely on them to complete all the little website tasks that come up. Their knowledge just towers over the 3DCart tech support and in-house designers. Highly Recommended!!

I am not sure if it is a common issue, but I as a store owner know absolutely 0 about design. Was recommended to The Cart Designer by another store owner in the Las Vegas area that had used him previously. Initially I tried to get a hold of The Cart Designer through the experts contact link to no avail. Wasn't sure if he was still designing but noticed newer reviews so I went to The Cart Designer site and contacted him directly. Response was quite quick, even on a weekend. Shawn is who I got in contact with (The owner I think). He mentioned that he doesn't get the contact experts email which made sense as to why I never got a response. Anyway, the service Shawn provided was excellent and timely. As mentioned by others in the reviews, he included much more than he charged for which I am seeing the benefit. When asked why, he just said that he likes to help wherever he can. That is unique for sure. The Cart Designer is the only 3dcart designer for me from this point forward.

I am a designer myself and just had no time for a 3dcart build. Contacted a few designers in the top 5 of this list and each presented me with prebuilt designs that were recycled and used on many different stores. This was completely unacceptable for that amount of money that was quoted. Luckily, Shaun at The Cart Designer actually builds custom designs and made an amazing store that fit the clients requests. So happy to have The Cart Designer in my contacts.

I have worked with a lot of (so called) 3dcart designers over the years and they all seem to either secretly work for 3dcart and/or they try and pawn off prebuilt designs as their own as if they are CUSTOM. Shaun is the one and only designer I have ever come across that actually creates something unique and amazing. Not only that... but I am convinced that he truly cares about our success. I cannot say enough good things about my experience using Shaun for our stores.

I've been using Shaun for a few years now and have always been happy with the work he's done for us. He truly knows the 3dCart platform inside out! Shaun had recently built a custom design on CORE and the site is amazing. Customers were praising the new site design within a few days of launching it. Especially on mobile! Great communication and very reasonable pricing. Would recommend The Cart Designer to anyone.

The Best Decision We Could Make! We found The Cart Designer almost by accident while trying to find someone to fix a few minor annoyances with our store. We have now gone through a complete custom design with Shaun and couldn't be happier. He is skilled and knowledgable. He always always finishes ahead of schedule and under budget! There have been multiple times I have had to ask if he had forgot to charge me for something because I expected to pay more for what we got! We will continue to use him for all of our web needs moving forward!

I have been using The Cart Designer for years! Shaun the owner/designer/consultant and much more, has been there to assist me in all my needs. He's very quick to respond, great with communication, and understanding the project presented. The quality of work along with his quick turn-around time is of the best I've seen. Shaun is the best designer you could work with. He knows the 3dCart platform inside out! So you know his solutions are specifically tailored to work for your site on 3dCart. He is very creative, he listens to your problem and is willing to dig to ferret out the right answer for you. Best of all- his prices are so reasonable! We have been with 3dCart since 2008, and have worked with a number of designers over the years, including 3dCart's own staff. Without a doubt, Shaun is the easiest to work with. He is very fast, very responsive and very effective. We've had Shaun do larger design projects for us, all the way down to quick little tweaks. He never disappoints! He is just plain--- awesome!

Amazing! Shaun has been the designer we had been searching for. He understands exactly what we are looking for and has solutions that others have not been able to come up with. I was very worried who I was going to pick to redesign my store. I saw everyone raving about Shaun from The Cart Designer so I figured I had to give them a shot. Shaun was AMAZING!!!! We received quotes from other companies looking to redesign our site, but all were rather vague and expensive. After reading all the recommendations, I decided to email Shaun to get a price for a total redesign of our two websites. Shaun made me an offer I could not refuse. Shaun is very professional and gets back to you almost immediately - it's like if he is waiting for your next contact so he can respond right away. He created two relevant sites that have a fresh updated look and incorporated a few added features we were missing before. I would recommend anyone to contact Shaun as your first and only choice. Yes he is that good and I would not hesitate to use Shaun's services again.

Shaun, is a very skilled and talented web designer. I hired him to create a site for my vacuum business. I absolutely love the site that he delivered! Throughout the whole process, he was easily accessible via email and was always very helpful and always went above and beyond. I had The Cart Designer do a few (super affordable) tweaks to my website that made it much more user friendly and attractive. I was really happy with the quality and speed of the work, as well as the effective communication from Shaun. I was even more impressed when, a year later, I had a problem with part of the site I had redesigned. I emailed The Cart Designer, fully expecting to be charged for the fix. Instead, Shaun fixed it within 10 minutes with no charge. I was floored at the level of customer service, and it completely made my day. Any further adjustments I need to do to my website, I will have absolutely no hesitation using The Cart Designer again.

Shaun is flat out awesome. I've used him for 4 separate projects, all of which required a fair amount of customization that I was afraid wouldn't be possible within 3dCart's platform, and he's nailed it every time. Any time I've had questions or small tweaks after an order is done, he doesn't hesitate to answer or take care of them for me.

We have had issues with our checkout page for years. Shaun was able to install a neat & clean single page checkout that makes the checkout process much easier for our customer. Shaun is so knowledgeable when it comes to all things 3Dcart design! I recently contacted 3DCart Support and they were not able to help the way Shaun from The Cart Designer was able to help me. He is always super quick to respond to my inquiries and always willing to help out. He optimized my Checkout page as well and did a great job with the design and functionality. Shaun has completed several projects to help us streamline our mobile navigation and repair some user experience issues with our 3D Cart responsive template. When approached with a proposal, he quickly provides examples of solutions to our problems and turns the projects around in a matter of hours for very reasonable pricing. He always goes the extra mile, even tweaking unrelated coding issues he notices to help give our website extra polish. We have been on the 3D Cart platform since 2009 and every time we need some tweaking, or redesign work done, we contact Shaun. He is always spot-on with the work he does for us, and with super fast on delivery too! We did an entire redesign with 3D Cart to a responsive template and some of our old page content was not rendering properly on the new platform. Shaun was able to add some code to make it look great and we did not have to rewrite all of our old content. Awesome!

I am impressed. Shaun has proven to be very effective when it comes to custom design work. I usually do all my own design and when I get stuck on something I go right to Shaun. Shaun went above and beyond on some unique changes I requested to both template and functionality. I bought a premium 3dcart template directly from 3dcart, and while it was OK out of the box, Shaun added the finishing touches that made it outstanding. He can work with 3dcart's autoship module, and display information about a store's autoship feature, only when the selected item is available for autoship. I think this will significantly increase customer conversion to this new program for my company. I made suggestions for things I wanted to change with the standard template, and he surprised me with how he was able to execute them. He is fairly priced, and he will get jobs done faster than you think in most cases. Having access to Shaun is like having a designer on my staff, but without the overhead. I highly recommend his services.
